Smoked a joint while driving: the police stopped Greilinger drivers

When a Greilinger got into a police check, he explained quite openly why his car smelled of marijuana.
Bad Tölz/Greiling - A driver from Greiling has some trouble after he was stopped by the police at a traffic check on Tölzer Kyreinstraße at around 0.45 a.m. on Friday.
Five grams of marijuana found in car
As soon as they spoke, the officers noticed a strong smell of marijuana in the car.
When asked, the 38-year-old stated that he had just smoked a joint while driving.
A search of the vehicle found drug paraphernalia and a jar containing about five grams of marijuana in a backpack.
Greilinger now has two ads on his neck
The narcotics were secured and further travel was stopped.
The Greilinger had to go to the office to have his blood drawn.
He is now facing charges of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and violating the Narcotics Act.
