The moment of truth has arrived for the coalitions that define the presidential campaign in Colombia.
This Sunday, the South American country celebrates its elections to Congress, which coincide with the so-called inter-party consultations, a kind of primaries to define the presidential candidates of three large blocks of the left, center and right: the Historical Pact, the Hope Center Coalition and The Team for Colombia.
The legislative clear the long road to the House of Nariño and are also a thermometer to measure the strength of each of these alliances.
With Gustavo Petro at the head of all the polls, with no margin for a surprise on the left, Sergio Fajardo, Juan Manuel Galán and Alejandro Gaviria compete for the center candidacy, while Federico Gutiérrez and Alex Char seek to be the letter of the right .
