An illegal "Isar Rave" with over 300 participants, vandalism at emergency exits from the S-Bahn station and a blown cigarette vending machine: the police in the Unterföhring and Ismaning area had all sorts of things to do.

Unterföhring

– On Sunday night, the police broke up an illegal rave party under the A 99 motorway bridge between Unterföhring and Ismaning.

Several patrol car crews noticed late Saturday evening that an unusually large number of people, sometimes in larger groups, were traveling on the feeder roads to the motorway bridge.

When the officials asked passers-by, they said: "Yes, we're going to the Isar Rave under the bridge."

21-year-old from Gräfelfing builds a professional system

Shortly before midnight, the police arrived at the site of the illegal event, which was advertised via social media channels.

A 21-year-old from Gräfelfing identified himself as the organizer - he had set up a professional music and lighting system, including generators for the power supply, under two pavilions.

Because the unauthorized rave party took place in the landscape conservation area, the organizer received a complaint for violating the nature conservation law.

With the arrival of the police, the "Isar Rave", which had only just begun, was almost over from the beginning: According to the Ismaning Police Inspectorate, the system technology had "willingly been dismantled", the around 300 party guests had "peacefully trolled".

Basically, according to the police, there are always rave parties of this kind throughout the year.

Whether and how early they are noticed is "a cat-and-mouse game".

Light domes of emergency exits at the S-Bahn station destroyed

The police are also dealing with two completely different cases, both of which involve property damage.

In Unterföhring, the municipality reported vandalism at the local S-Bahn station on Thursday afternoon.

Presumably on Thursday night, unknown perpetrators used stones to demolish the Plexiglas light domes of the emergency exits.

One of the pyramids, located on the tunnel path that runs above the underground train tracks, has been completely smashed in, and four others have been severely scratched with stones.

The property damage is around 4500 euros.

Unknown flexes cigarette machine - police are looking for witnesses

There was also an unpleasant discovery in Ismaning, at a cigarette vending machine on Osterfeldstraße opposite house number 84. The vending machine's folding hinge was flexed open with an electronic flex machine, and the perpetrator or perpetrators stole all the cigarette boxes and the cash cassette.

Police say the time of the crime was between 10:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Thursday evening.

The "Tobaccoland Automatengesellschaft" as the owner puts the damage to property at around 1500 euros, the loot damage is around 2000 euros.

Because of both property damage crimes, the Ismaning Police Inspectorate is asking any witnesses to provide information on Tel. 089 / 9 62 43 10.
