L. says: "He came back from kindergarten and said that the kindergarten teacher had beaten him. I started to get stressed. In the last two weeks he has complained of violence. He picked up his pants and shirt and shows me beatings and tells me that the kindergarten teachers beat him. "He shouts the names of the gardeners and says that they beat him. Like that at two and four in the morning. I do not put him back to sleep because I am afraid that the nightmares will return to him. One day he returned with a flashlight in his eye."

L. decided to plant a recording device on her son's clothes.
"In the recording, I heard my son screaming 'I don't want a kindergarten.'
Following the videos, the kindergarten owner and three caregivers were arrested on Thursday.
They were brought before the Magistrate's Court in Hadera.
At the end of the hearing they were released on restrictive conditions.
L. added: "I was very disappointed that they were released. I do not understand why they were released. We do not know if the kindergarten is active but no parent sends his children. We are in touch with all the parents. To my joy I was able to find my son a new frame. Suffering from nightmares and anxieties. The nights are hard. He gets up and shouts the name of the gardeners.
