Almost strictly kosher: The relationship between the secular Corinne Gideon and her husband, Hili Sorotskin, who comes from an ultra-Orthodox home, has aroused many curiosities and doubts from day one.
Even today, after getting married, becoming the parents of the sweet Alona and expecting another heiress, Gideon's many followers on the network still continue to wonder how exactly things work in a mixed house.
In a "truth or obligation" style question and answer session on Instagram, Gideon was asked if she keeps kosher, and apparently managed to surprise with her answer.
"Lie," she replied.
She explained that, "My house is kosher, separated by meat and milk but I do not keep."

Gideon was also asked if it was true that she had negative opinions about ultra-Orthodox who changed after meeting Sorotskin.
"True," Gideon replied honestly and succinctly, adding, "and I am so grateful for that."
While Gideon makes sure to share with surfers her relationship with God and the conflict between living with a person who keeps the commandments and not being one, her husband, Khili Sorotskin, is not enthusiastic, to say the least, about probing the extent to which he keeps his commandments.
"It does not matter to anyone how many commandments I keep and what offenses I sin," he clarified in a recent post on Instagram.
