In one of the new episodes of "Hartz und Herzen" Katrin persuades her neighbors to take part in a strange action that causes a stir in the settlement: 

The Benz barracks in Mannheim* are known throughout Germany through the social documentary "Hartz und Herzen"*.

The 4th season, which has been broadcast since January 2022, is also delighting fans.

Barracks residents like Elvis, Janine and Christine are particularly well received by the viewers.

Despite financial worries and official stress, there is never a lack of humor in the former workers' settlement.

Now Katrin, Elvis' wife, is persuading her buddy to do a funny thing, like MANNHEIM24* reports.

Without any argument, family man Dieter slips into the shoes, which are unusual for him.

This also doesn't escape his son, who has a direct question for his dad: "Hey, are those men's shoes?" No answer from dad Dieter - he's far too busy moving around in Katrin's blue pumps.

Thanks to Dieter's full use of his body, the street in the "quiet corner" is quickly converted into a catwalk.

The Schalke 04 fan doesn't cut a bad figure in the neighbor's high heels.

Carmen thinks the idea is great: "We still need a wig with long hair – Katrin, I've always wanted to put a dress on him, but he never does it," she jokes on TV.

In the 60th episode of "Hartz und Herzen" Dieter therefore announces the family's plans for the future.

Dieter and Carmen now want to move to a quieter area.

"I want to get out of the city completely," reveals the mother of six in front of the RTLZWEI cameras.

Dieter already has concrete plans as to where to go – as close as possible to his beloved Schalke 04. However, he reckoned without his wife Carmen.
