The rains will continue to fall from the north to the Negev, and there may be thunderstorms, especially in the north of the country.
There is a slight risk of flooding in the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea.
On Wednesday temperatures are expected to rise slightly, but it will still be very cold.

Due to forecasts, the Jerusalem Municipality has announced that it will advance the celebrations at the institutions to Monday.
This is instead of the date set for Tuesday.
A similar decision was made in the Mount Hebron Regional Council.
In other localities, kindergartens and schools have independently decided to advance the day of costumes to Monday, including in Bat Yam, Kiryat Ono, Tzur Hadassah, Rishon Lezion, Givatayim, Hadera, Ashdod, Rehovot, Gedera, Mevaseret Zion and Kiryat Haim.
