"Less milk than usual": Sarah Engels is trying to boost her milk production with malt beer

Sarah Engels keeps giving her fans insights into her life as a new mother of two on Instagram.

Now she admitted to producing less breast milk than usual.

She tries to stimulate the flow of milk with malt beer.

Cologne – Sarah Engels worried about her daughter Solea Liana: Since the daughter of the DSDS star saw the light of day on December 2, 2021, the 29-year-old has done everything to ensure that she does not have to do without anything.

But now it seems as if her hands are tied.

On Instagram, the pretty brunette admits that she is currently producing less breast milk, which is why she is afraid that Solea will no longer be really full, as reported by tz.de.

Sarah Engels is hoping for advice from her fans

Solea Liana is the pride and joy of Sarah and Julian Engels.

Since the birth of the little ones, everything on the 29-year-old's Instagram account has revolved around her little miracle.

Sarah not only shares the good side, but also speaks openly about problems, worries and fears.

So also on March 13th – in her Instagram story the singer admits that her daughter's eating behavior had recently changed.

Because of this, Sarah worries about not having enough milk.

She then asks her community for advice.

"I have a question for all the breastfeeding mommies out there.

It is currently the case that Solea eats like a little caterpillar and I would like to boost milk production even more because I believe that the quantities you need are simply increasing," Sarah Engels makes her problem clear on Instagram and adds the text: " Somehow I've had less milk than usual the last few days."

In order to increase milk production and thus be able to feed her little "insatiable caterpillar", Sarah Engels resorts to malt beer.

But the DSDS star doesn't seem to like that at all.

"Now I wanted to ask if this is any good at all, because unfortunately I don't like it at all," says the pretty brunette.
