Enclosed buildings that tested positive for sewage were gradually released. The government reiterates that it will strictly enforce the law. If anyone fails to show the test result via SMS, or wear a wristband to prove that he or she is subject to compulsory testing, it is a violation of the compulsory testing announcement, and will be subject to a fixed fine of $10,000 and will receive a compulsory testing order requiring the person is tested within the specified period.

Failure to comply with a mandatory testing order or a restraining and testing declaration commits an offence and is punishable by a fine at level 4 ($25,000) and imprisonment for six months.
