Jasmine Bracha Bukoltov is the toddler who perished this morning (Monday) in a fire in an apartment in Petah Tikva.
The fire and rescue services have not yet determined the cause of the fire, but it is said that the main factors being investigated at this stage are a heating device or a game.
Jasmine as a three-year-old was fatally injured in a fire in an apartment on Ichilov Street in the city.
Her mother, a 42-year-old woman, and her brother, a four-year-old boy were lightly injured in the incident.
"The toddler, about three years old, was taken from the apartment by the forces that acted on the scene and we immediately put her in the car for intensive care for medical treatment. She was without a pulse and without breathing and was evacuated to the hospital while performing CPR and medication," said MDA paramedic Avichai Hadad.
