Beheading in Saigon.
At about 5 am today (15th), a man in his 50s was attacked by three men with knives outside a bakery at No. 2, Saigon Waterfront Plaza.
The victim couldn't avoid it, and his eyes, hands and feet were stabbed with blood, and he was injured and called the police for help. After the murderer succeeded, he fled without a trace.
Ambulancemen arrived after receiving the report, treated the injured on the spot, and then sent them to Tseung Kwan O Hospital.
After the incident, blood stains and a beef knife were left at the scene, and the police blocked the scene for investigation.

About 10 minutes later, the police received a report that a suspicious person had splashed flammable liquid on Pik Uk Estate Road in Clear Water Bay in an attempt to set fire to a private car, but was stopped by passers-by.
When the police arrived, they intercepted and arrested a man in time.
After a preliminary investigation, the interior of the private car involved was slightly burned, and the driving license was torn away. It is suspected that the car was lost.
The police classified the two cases as "wounding people" and "arson", and initially did not rule out a connection between the two cases.
