The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated that double international standards and a policy of double standards encourage the Israeli occupation to persist in its crimes against the Palestinian people.
In a statement today, carried by Wafa Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the statements of the occupation chief of staff, Aviv Kohavi, about the invasion of the Gaza Strip once again, stressing that it is a disregard for the international community and its laws and a direct reflection of the double international standards and the policy of double standards.
The Foreign Ministry pointed out that Kohavi's statements, as well as settlement and settler attacks, are a flagrant violation of international law, the Geneva Conventions and international humanitarian law, and a direct and continuous aggression against the Palestinian people and their just and legitimate national rights approved by the United Nations and its relevant resolutions.
