The criminals who used trickery to abuse an old lady this weekend in Puteaux have innovated.

These two made the victim believe that she had to pay for a service by presenting her bank card in front of a payment terminal.

Saturday noon, the old lady, 91, was visited by an alleged water worker responsible for checking a leak in her apartment.

The nonagenarian then hands a ticket.

They then take out what the unfortunate girl describes as a payment terminal.

She types her secret code.

Immediately, the thieves grab his card and disappear.

Ten minutes later, without any link being able to be established, it was in Rueil-Malmaison that another victim was targeted by thieves by trickery.

In a more classic way this time: a fake water worker who shows up at the door of the house of a 92-year-old gentleman for a leak in his house.

Then two false policemen making him believe that they are looking for a criminal corresponding to the description of the water worker.

There, the trio stole some 8,000 euros, in cash.
