The toddler who perished this morning (Monday) in a fire in Petah Tikva is Jasmine Bracha Bokeltov.
As previously reported, she was evacuated to hospital in a critical condition during resuscitation operations after inhaling heavy smoke.
She was pronounced dead at Schneider Hospital.
Her father, Shalom, said: "It is inconceivable. A heavy disaster befell us. There was a fire and there was smoke. The girl breathed too much smoke. It is hard, painful. Hard to talk, not easy."

Eliyahu Abutbul, a neighbor who assisted in the rescue, said: "I saw a fire break out. One woman went upstairs to help. We went up with her, they told me to rescue. We dropped the mother off with a baby in hand and several other people. The mother was with the baby and another baby. We asked if there was more "Someone upstairs. She said, 'No, there's one at school and the other does not know where he is.' I asked where he was. She was in shock."
