A creepy discovery behind a wall in the house (kammee0508)
Anna Frillman, 40, of Henrico County, Virginia, was shocked to discover a hidden door in her home leading to a secret attic room.
Inside she came across hundreds of love letters addressed to a woman named Betty Sue McGee from a guy named Vance Herschel Long, in which he declares his love for Betty.
After intensive searches, she discovered that the letters were written about 70 years ago and managed to return them to the recipient's family.
Anna said she hoped to find a treasure in the hidden room, but found something that in her eyes was worth much more than money.
"I realized there was a door there. It's not a door that had a key or anything. It's just locked at the top," she recalled to the local news network WTVR. "Maybe I'll find a treasure, a map or gold coins here, and then I'll find those letters."
Though she felt prying, she read the love letters and was moved to tears.
The love story of Vance and Betty moved her so much that she became determined to find the couple - or their descendants - and return the letters to them.

In one of the letters Vance wrote "Hey baby. How is my darling getting along? When we are not together I know exactly the right words I would use to tell you everything, but when we are together all I can think about is 'I love you'".
Although Anna admits she felt "prying" when she read the letters, which were more than 70 years old, she said they left her wanting to know more.
"It raises a lot of questions, just out of curiosity, about their love story because it sounds very romantic," she added, "I think the reason it felt a bit intrusive is that the letters are personal. I was not sure I wanted to be the third wheel and intervene. These letters are not. They were meant for me, but I quickly realized that I had to make sure that the letters got into the right hands. "
She turned to Facebook to try to find the rightful owners, posted on local community groups - and everyone in town tried to help her with the searches.
"People love the story. Everywhere I go in the city people stop me and ask, 'Hey, you wrote this post about the letters, have you found the family yet?'.
I think a lot of people wore their Sherlock Holmes hats and went to work. "

After much detective work, Anna came across a man named Dalton Long, who turned out to be the grandson of Vance and Betty.
Unfortunately he lives thousands of miles away in Portland, Oregon.
She reached out to him via Facebook and he responded quickly and said he would be happy to receive the letters.
He told the Vance tribes - who had been in love since high school - eventually got married and were together for 50 years until they both passed away.
Now, he is excited to read the letters and "connect on a human level with people who are no longer here with us," he said.
Dalton, who grew up in the house where Anna lives today, added: "Reading more about that period in their lives is an amazing thing. Anna was able to find this treasure and bring it back to us. I think it's not only exciting for me, but also for her, for being able to unite me and A little piece of my past. "
Anna explained that if she had found love letters that had long been lost from her grandparents, she could not have stopped the tears.
"I know that if I had found letters from my grandparents from my mother or father, I would have sat there in a puddle of tears, reading them and cherishing gratitude."
