For the fourth time in nine months, Cédric Jubillar's lawyers are pleading on Tuesday March 15 before the investigating chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal for the release of the man accused of the murder of his wife Delphine.
The 34-year-old plasterer painter, imprisoned since June 18, 2021, denies any involvement in the disappearance of his wife whose body has not been found.

Large-scale excavations carried out for three weeks at the end of January at the beginning of February near the couple's house in Cagnac-les-Mines, in the Tarn, yielded nothing.

The investigators had focused on the surroundings of a farm, after statements from a cell neighbor of Cédric Jubillar at the Seysses remand center, near Toulouse.

On Monday, above Cagnac-les-Mines, the gendarmes continued their search for the nurse using special drones capable of detecting changes in the structure of the ground, possibly caused by the decomposition of a body.
At the time of the 33-year-old nurse's disappearance on the night of December 15-16, 2020, the couple were in the process of divorcing.
The investigators favor the thesis of a violent argument during which Cédric would have killed her, before hiding her body.
