Decisions can only be made with consensus with Hong Kong medical staff.
In terms of communication, mainland medical personnel are mainly from Guangdong Province and understand Cantonese. Communication should not be a problem. However, there are still differences in medical terminology and daily vocabulary. It may be difficult to ask for medical records. In addition, when patients are discharged from the hospital, they also need medical treatment from Hong Kong. Then record the records in English and input them into the network system.
