The discussions between the Minister of the Interior and the Corsican elected officials and unions will go far beyond the framework of the Colonna affair.

For the three members of the "Érignac commando", the question seems resolved: their status as "particularly reported detainee", which prevented them from joining a prison on the island, was lifted for Yvan Colonna because of his state of health, and for Alain Ferrandi and Pierre Alessandri in an attempt to appease Matignon.
The two men have been eligible since 2017 for parole, which they have so far been denied.
