The Evry court pronounced on Tuesday March 15 the release of Rayanne B., a young man targeted by a complaint from National Education for having insulted and threatened his minister Jean-Michel Blanquer in October in a video.

On the offending video, Rayanne B., known on social networks under the name of Rayan_psn, declared in particular: “

”.

On Tuesday, the young man, 20 years old today, was released from the prosecution of "

contempt

" and "

death threats against a person holding public authority

".

The court recalled that the offense of contempt was constituted if its author had "

had the intention of reaching the person concerned

".

However, Rayanne B. did not “
