Today, the Russian Coordination Center distributed stationery and gifts to students of the Taqi al-Din al-Dimashqi School in Barzeh neighborhood in Damascus.
In a statement to reporters, Deputy Head of the Russian Coordination Center, Rear Admiral Oleg Zhuravlev, said that "the center distributed school bags, stationery and gifts to male and female students, as part of Russia's constant endeavor to instill joy in the hearts of Syrian children who have suffered from the scourge of war," adding that food aid was also distributed to Teachers and teaching staff in the school.
In turn, the principal of Taqi Al-Din Al-Dimashqi School, Aisha Rajeh, thanked the Russian Federation (people and leadership) and the Russian Coordination Center for this initiative, where stationery and toys were distributed to about 360 students.
