The emergency services of this country reported that at least two people died in a bombing in a residential area in western Kyiv;
The incident occurred early Tuesday morning.
The emergency services added that it is a 16-story building that suffered significant damage from the attack and the subsequent fire.
Another 46 people were able to be rescued from the scene.
Authorities also reported that another shelling caused minor damage to a nine-story building in the same district.
In total, there were four residential buildings impacted this morning in Kyiv.
