Catching gaps: "Hilma" (high-tech for the company), in partnership with the Zionist Council in Israel, is launching a new social project - the "Tavor 575" program for training graduates of combat units to integrate into the high-tech industry.
This is an accelerated training and placement program for software development, designed for veteran fighters who are in an inferior position in the high-tech industry in front of their 8200 graduates and technology units.
Along with the theoretical aspect, the program will include a year of practical experience in developing projects for the public and social sector, with work for six months at a salary of at least NIS 9,000, in order to gain additional experience as a junior.
According to Meirav Israeli-Amarant, VP of Partnerships at Hilma, "Tavor 575 is the only program that combines entry into the high-tech world along with finding meaning in work and creating a significant impact on entire populations."
An important plan.

Adv. Oz Haim, Director General of the Zionist Council in Israel: "This important program combines Zionism and innovation, and gives liberated fighters an equal opportunity to integrate into the high-tech world and be part of the renewed labor market. "The diversity. These officers and fighters deserve to get back from us."
The program will begin in October 2022, and registration for it has recently begun on the Hilma website. The program also includes Cinmedia, Red and the working arm with the employer manager.
