The euro is struggling.
Against the greenback, the European currency has weakened by 6% over the last six months.
The trend long predates the war in Ukraine.

The anticipation of rising rates in the United States in recent months - the Fed ended up raising its key rate on Wednesday - is the main factor in the rise of the greenback, for Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier.
With rates being higher on the other side of the Atlantic than on the Old Continent, investors massively bought the dollar, which yields more, which had the effect of supporting the course of the American currency.
