Three young people were shot and wounded overnight from Thursday to Friday in Argenteuil (Val-d'Oise) during a brawl between rival gangs.
Shortly after the incident, three suspects were arrested by the police.
Around 8:30 p.m., near the Auguste-Delaune stadium, the police were called by worried residents who had just heard gunshots.
When the patrol arrives on the scene, they are greeted by a band of troublemakers who throw stones at the screen-printed vehicle.
Three men arrested with bloodstained clothes
The officials disperse them and come to the aid of three boys, aged in their twenties.
They are injured by pellet shots in the legs.
Rescuers arrive and take them to the hospital.
Their lives are not in danger and they are uncooperative when officers ask them for details.
A little later, the officials arrest three suspects who have traces of blood on their clothes.
The trio was taken into custody at the police station for aggravated violence.
According to the first elements collected on the spot, it would be a clash between young people from the Joliot-Curie neighborhoods and those from the ZUP.
But for now, the causes of this outburst of violence remain unknown.
