Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations, Vassily Nebenzia, reiterated that the United States and Ukraine are violating the Treaty on the Prohibition of Biological Weapons, pointing to new evidence of dangerous American activities in Ukraine.
During a session of the UN Security Council today, Nebenzia pointed out that Moscow had obtained evidence proving the Pentagon's implementation of military biological projects in Ukraine, the consequences of which would have extended beyond the borders of this country and into the region.
Nebenzia pointed out that representatives of the US State Department continue to give conflicting statements and claim that the United States is not involved in running any biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine, but the facts confirm the opposite.
Nebenzia explained that the Russian Defense Ministry is studying documents it received from employees of Ukrainian biological laboratories regarding the implementation of biological military programs by the United States and its NATO allies in the territory of this country. The Department of Defense has a total value of $32 million.
Nebenzia pointed out that the documents obtained by Russia confirm, in particular, the involvement of a research institute in the Ukrainian city of Kharkov in conducting research that includes collecting samples of highly pathogenic strains of bird flu that are capable of overcoming the barriers between species.
Nebenzia warned that the consequences of these American activities on Ukrainian territory would have exceeded the severity of the Corona virus, vowing that Russia will continue to inform the international community of its discoveries in this regard.
