Irschenberg – In the fight against the planned gravel quarrying in the district of Oberhasling, a dialogue at the level of lawyers is now planned.
As Florian Kories, chairman of the citizens' initiative Irschenberg (BI), reports, an exchange between the municipality and BI should take place on a technical level about the legal possibilities of whether and how the planned gravel pit can be prevented.
Alternatively, it is about at least reducing their negative effects on the surrounding residents and the traffic load for the community.
The meeting is scheduled for the end of March at City Hall.
As reported, the BI had asked the municipality of Irschenberg to work through their catalog of questions about the dismantling with their lawyer in order to get a legal assessment of disputed points.
The community refused.
Now the exchange takes place together with the lawyers from the community and BI.
Kories hopes "that we can explore possibilities together".
They also wanted to present and clarify their own arguments again.
The community did not respond to the request for comment on Friday.
