Everything was destroyed at the weekend at the Aufhausen S-Bahn station near Erding.

Unknown people have beaten the Aufhausen S-Bahn station in the Erding district to pieces.

The crime must have been committed on Sunday night. 

Erding – After a passer-by pointed out, the federal police moved to the halt in the south of Erding on Sunday – and couldn’t believe their eyes.

Spokeswoman Sina Dietsch reports that "almost all the facilities on the platform were destroyed or damaged".

S-Bahn station Aufhausen completely destroyed: Everything broken or smeared

Specifically, seven panes of glass in the timetable boxes, one pane of a ticket machine and two panes of the bus shelter were destroyed.

The electronic scoreboard was smashed, the loudspeaker on the scoreboard was destroyed and two billboards on the platform were bent.

"Furthermore, the perpetrators daubed objects on the platform - several electrical boxes, a maintenance building, several garbage cans, timetable boxes, a ticket validator, a ticket machine and a lantern - in the well-known graffiti style," Dietsch sums up.

Rioters scrap Aufhausen S-Bahn station - police are looking for witnesses

Officers found a large amount of evidence at the scene.

The damage is "clearly in the five-digit range".

The federal police in Munich are investigating joint damage to property.
