What belongs in an emergency folder?
The nursing base in Nuremberg will provide information on this on Thursday.
It should be motivated to take personal precautions.
Nuremberg – On Thursday (March 24, 2022) at 2 p.m. in the club room of the senior citizens’ meeting place Bleiweiß, Hintere Bleiweißstraße 15, the Nuremberg* nursing base will present an emergency folder.
The care base wants to provide assistance and at the same time motivate people to take personal precautions, as the city writes in a press release.
Contents of the emergency folder
It contains templates for important documents such as personal data, medication plan as well as power of attorney and living will.
The emergency folder offers space for individual doctor's reports, documents and vaccination cards and contains important emergency numbers and an emergency card.
Emergency folder: nursing base in Nuremberg informed - participation free of charge
First there is a lecture, then there is time for questions about the entire range of services offered by the care base.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory: Telephone (0911) 2 31 82 32 (Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) or by email to seniorentreffs@stadt.nuernberg.de.
