Asher added: "After a year, the Minister of Education and everyone else had already started talking like that. They understood that the damage to education was great but in terms of immunization, he was the first to say get vaccinated."

Earlier, Rabbi Gershon Edelstein, president of the Council of Torah Scholars, and the one who, after the death of Rabbi Kanevsky, leads the Lithuanians alone, came to comfort the family members.
