Bad Tölz
- According to the police, a "homeless person known to the authorities" scared a mother and her three-and-a-half-year-old son in Bad Tölz on Sunday.
Aggressive drunk stops young mother from driving away
The 34-year-old and her child were in front of a pharmacy at Moraltpark around 2:40 p.m. when the man approached her and suddenly yelled at her.
The mother and child both became frightened and quickly walked away and got into their car.
The 56-year-old homeless man followed them.
When the woman tried to close the driver's door, the man held the door, preventing the woman from closing it and driving away.
According to the police, he even stood in the door and aggressively yelled into the vehicle.
"The little boy was very scared and the mother didn't know what to do," writes the police in their press report.
After the incident in Bad Tölz: criminal proceedings against the homeless
Only with the support of passers-by was the woman able to close the door and drive to the side.
When a police patrol arrived, the 56-year-old was very drunk and aggressive and continued to bully other passers-by and the officers.
He was taken into protective custody and criminal proceedings were initiated.
