The real estate market is doing well, even very well.
In 2021, the volume of transactions was close to 1.2 million compared to 1.024 million homes sold in 2020. All the brands have the same assessment: last year was exceptional.
“For five years, the dynamic has been extremely favorable and we do not envisage any upheaval,
notes the president of the Laforêt franchise network, Yann Jéhanno.
Telework, the need for space and greenery are boosting the real estate market.”
This development is logically accompanied by an increase in the number of applications.

For two years, Laforêt, which has 700 agencies, has received 1,500 applications per year, compared to 1,100 to 1,200 previously.
And the profiles are diversifying.
“The first ten years,
adds Yann Jéhanno,
executives in retraining represented 90% of our franchisees.
Today, we attract real estate professionals just as much and, in recent years, young graduates.”
