Sometimes all we feel like is a quick, satisfying and, if possible, nutritious meal - this dish meets all the requirements and easily.
Without soiling dishes, put everything in one pot - pasta with tomatoes, tuna and spices and they all cook together.
During cooking, the pasta absorbs all the flavors of the sauce and this is another advantage of cooking in one pot, apart from saving the utensils of course.
Tip:
The seasoning in the recipe is a little spicy and very flattering for the flavors of the tuna and tomatoes. If you want to prepare the dish for children who do not eat very spicy or spicy food, remove the hot pepper and add chopped chilli only according to the desired degree of spiciness.

Ingredients
For tuna pasta in one pot:
½ Pack of Fusili pasta or large shells (250 g)
¼ Olive oil
4 cloves of garlic slices
½ Hot green pepper cut into thin slices (optional)
½ Spoon chili (less possible, according to the desired degree of spiciness)
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 heaping heaping sweet paprika
1 tablespoon heaped tomatoes
5 tomatoes cut into cubes of medium size
2 cans of tuna in olive oil
Boiling water
To serve:
Fresh basil or oregano leaves

Preparation
How to make pasta with tuna in one pot?
1 In a wide pan, or saucepan place all the ingredients including the pasta, except the tuna and tomato paste.
Fry while stirring for about 5 minutes.
2 Add the puree and tuna and mix well.
3 Lower the flame height and add boiling water about 4 cm above the height of the pasta. Stir and cook over a low-medium flame without covering, until the pasta is ready and the liquids have reduced to a thick sauce.
4 Serve with fresh basil or oregano leaves.
