This is a change in the skyline to Yokneam, which is characterized by low-rise construction, except in the Sha'ar HaGai neighborhood.
The Shoval Group submitted 4 architectural alternatives to modern towers to the mayor of Yokneam, but it was important to the veteran and experienced mayor Simon Alfasi that the project be an architectural icon that the city would identify with and change the sky line.
According to Tzachi Vazana, the architect of the project, the location of the plot on the highest hill in Yokneam reveals the project on all sides.
"The basic idea is to create a tension of poetic movement, a kind of tango dance of the towers," he said.
Yokneam is no longer a peripheral city but a Silicon Valley that competes with Caesarea Industrial Park - the proximity to Highway 6 and other major transportation routes make Yokneam an attractive place that becomes the center of the country.
