Rocket League RLCS (psyonix)

The Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) is an e-sports tournament series of car-football tournaments that has become particularly popular in recent years and is considered the official league produced annually by Psyonix, the game's developer.

It consists of three splits .

Seasonal qualifying stages take place at online online events in North America, South America, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East and North Africa, Asia and sub-Saharan Africa, with teams accumulating points in favor of qualifying for the World Finals and the next major event of this split.

Teams qualifying for the main event can earn additional points in favor of the world finals event based on their position at the main event.

Compared to all the preliminary stages, the world and main finals are impressive and glittering physical tournaments held in various cities around the world, with prizes worth reaching a peak of $ 1 million in 2018, and this year that record is going to break once again with a sum of about six million dollars.

New to the league?

These are the teams worth paying attention to in the competition

37 points - Endpoint

In last autumn's major, the British Endpoint was one of the two teams that managed to defeat the American General NRG, along with BDS (which we will get to later, don't worry), the two found themselves in the final stages.

Unfortunately for Endpoint, the battle ended in a 2: 3 close in favor of BDS, but with the team's impressive achievements in recent years there is no doubt that they belong to the league and are serious candidates to win this year's grand prize.

39 points - FaZe Clan

FaZe had an impressive Autumn Major run in which they were the only team to beat BDS.

They also beat Endpoint in the playoffs, before finally being defeated by NRG.

With this resume, there are few teams in the world that have proven themselves to be top in the season.

40 points - Dignitas

Like FaZe, the Dignitas team is considered one of the best teams in the world, and the fact that it is a team from a European region gives them an advantage.

After all Europe is very strong in the Rocket League.

In last autumn's major Dignitas looked ready for a championship run after dominating all the games, and did not lose a single map in the Swiss stage.

When the loss came, he was heartbreaking: 3: 4 to European team SMPR Esports in the quarter-finals was what abruptly ended their incredible run.

45 points - NRG

NRG was the best team in the North American region throughout the season, but fell short of its majors last fall when it lost to Endpoint and BDS.

They are the second best club at best towards the Major.

Although they stumbled a bit in the Swiss stage of the autumn major, but after the dust settled, NRG were again in the final in the major, and were one victory away from being crowned the best team in the world.

48 points - Team BDS

Swiss BDS won the Major last fall, and despite playing in the toughest area they have gone through an outstanding season and no doubt deserve to be number 1 in this ranking.

Teams like Team Queso may have brought more impressive results in the previous winter Major, but BDS have proven themselves online and on stage.

Until another team defeats them on a LAN, they are the best in the world.
