(…) What is certain is that the dissolution procedure has not yet been initiated
, ”assured AFP Me Aïnoha Pascual.
The Minister of the Interior had announced at the end of January to the National Assembly that he had decided "
to initiate the adversarial process which would allow the dissolution of this de facto group
".
The launch of a dissolution procedure presupposes the sending by the government of a letter of grievance to the association concerned.
The latter then has fifteen days to present its arguments to the government.
"
It doesn't take two months to make a list of grievances when you really have grievances
,” said the lawyer.
Asked by AFP, the Ministry of the Interior did not wish to speak.

autonomous and committed media
" and challenges the qualifications of "

", is regularly singled out by the authorities for violence during demonstrations .
The dissolution procedure had been mentioned by the Minister of the Interior following incidents that occurred in Nantes on the sidelines of an "
antifa
" demonstration.

In addition to a website and a Facebook page which has more than 220,000 subscribers, “
Nantes révoltée
” has been publishing the paper magazine “
Contre-attack
” since January.
A petition launched against its dissolution had collected more than 40,000 signatures.
