Memory, first of all, with the organisation, scheduled for Wednesday, of a meeting at the town hall of Trèbes, then Thursday, of a tribute in Carcassonne to Colonel Arnaud Beltrame, who died a hero at the age of 44 after taking the place of a hostage.
These tributes coincide with an advance in the legal agenda.
Because, if the killer, Radouane Lakdim, was killed on the day of the attack, a trial is taking shape for eight people indicted between March 2018 and October 2019. From a judicial source, it is specified that, on March 9, the investigating judge notified the parties of the notice of end of information under article 175 of the code of criminal procedure.
It is now up to the national anti-terrorist prosecutor's office to deliver its final indictment.
