The separation rumors about Albert and his wife Charlène do not want to be silenced.

Monaco's princess is said to have even threatened to divorce.

Monaco – After a month-long stay in the clinic, Charlène (44) returned to her family in Monaco in mid-March.

Husband Albert (64) and the twins Jacques (7) and Gabriella (7) were able to hug the princess again, but their joy of reunion should be clouded.

Apparently dark clouds have gathered over the palace again.

The Monegasque regent couple had to endure numerous headlines last year about an alleged marital crisis, and there was also talk of a divorce between Charlène and Albert.

After Charlène's return to the principality, the happy family idyll seems to continue to crumble, mainly due to the alleged place of residence of the mother of two.

The 44-year-old is currently not living in the palace, but in Roc Agel on the border between France and Monaco.

Roc Agel, the Grimaldis' quiet country home, is to serve as a retreat for Charlene as she plans to continue to focus on her recovery over the next few weeks.

Prince Albert was not exactly happy about his wife's move, a palace source confided to Voici magazine.

According to the insider, Charlene even threatened to divorce if the 64-year-old didn't agree to her wish: "Charlene uttered the word 'divorce' for the first time.

And that is unthinkable for him.

He's willing to do anything to make sure it doesn't happen and she knows it perfectly well."

Apparently Albert was able to prevent further discussions about a separation by giving the green light to Charlène's move out of the palace.

The explosive revelation of the anonymous insider fueled the rumors of the crisis again.

Even before the Princess returned home, there was speculation as to whether Charlène might be planning to move with her children.

Royal fans are now eagerly awaiting Albert and his wife's first public appearance.

The Princely House is still keeping to itself when the time will come.
