New World announced the establishment of a donation platform to allow citizens to directly donate and donate materials, while partner hospitals will assist in purchasing anti-epidemic materials and donate them to disadvantaged groups in society.


The donation platform "Share for Good" was founded by Zheng Zhigang, CEO of New World Development. The platform accepts direct donations and donated materials, and brings together its partners, Yan Chai Hospital and 34 non-profit-making organizations.

The service targets are low-income families, subdivided households, the elderly living alone, children with cancer, the mentally handicapped and the handicapped.

The public can donate materials according to the material needs listed on the platform, including the most urgent materials such as rapid test kits, oximeters, data cards, supermarkets and fast food cash coupons.

Citizens can also choose to donate directly and have the partner Yan Chai Hospital do shopping on behalf of the beneficiary organization to give it to those in need. For example, a donation of 100 yuan can provide food and clothing for a family of three, masks for children for two months, and the amount of masks for the grassroots. A one-week quick test kit may support or provide 10 elderly with hand sanitizer for epidemic prevention.

Epidemic|Baixin Charity Fund donated materials to support front-line medical care and anti-epidemic Chinese medicine fathers charitable sale of test kits to help fight the epidemic and sell them below market prices. After deducting costs, they will donate to Yan Chai Hospital, Swire Coca-Cola, and donated 500,000 bottles of beverages to patients and medical staff in isolation facilities.
