The festival (Ramadan, the month of goodness), which is held in the North Line neighborhood of Daraa Al-Mahatta, is witnessing a great demand for offers, discounts and discounts on various products offered by companies and commercial establishments operating in the governorate.
The festival presents an integrated basket of dairy, cheese, jams, sweets, juices, dates and detergents at acceptable prices, selling from the producer to the consumer without an intermediary, and it will continue until the 22nd of next April.
During a SANA camera tour of the festival's activities, Daraa Industry Director, Imad Al-Rifai, indicated that the number of industrial establishments participating in the festival is 14, and that the sale is made at cost.
In turn, Muhammad Al-Omari, the treasurer of the Daraa Chamber of Commerce, pointed to the participation of a group of companies in the festival to achieve the principle of positive intervention, while lawyer Abdullah Atrat explained that the prices are good and better than the market, calling for the launch of new initiatives for the benefit of people with limited income.
“We are trying to break prices and secure products to citizens at competitive prices,” said Mona Othman, a worker in a factory selling cheese and dairy. And without an intermediary.
Manar Ghasb confirmed, after reviewing the offered products, that the offered prices witness differences compared to the local markets, especially with regard to table eggs and cheese.
