The branch of the Syrian Corporation for Bakeries in As-Suwayda has started trial operations for the first production line of Salkhad City Automatic Bakery, after completing its modernization and rehabilitation.
The director of the branch of the Syrian Corporation for Bakeries in As-Suwayda, Alaa Muhanna, pointed out to SANA reporter the importance of updating the line, which was subject to many malfunctions as a result of its introduction, which affected the quality of bread produced during the last period.
And he indicated that the rehabilitation work was carried out under the supervision of a technical workshop from the general administration of the institution, and included the installation of a new fire house and a complete maintenance of the line in terms of forming, cutting and fermentation rooms.
Salkhad automatic bakery in As-Suwayda produces about 15 tons of bread daily and serves, in addition to Salkhad city, many villages in the region.
