This Friday, the government presented to the parliamentarians of the finance committees of the National Assembly and the Senate the advance decree dedicated to the financing of the resilience plan.
Jean Castex had announced these aid schemes for motorists and businesses highly exposed to energy prices on March 16.
They partly cushion the surge in prices caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine at the end of February.
The government thus plans to open 5.95 billion euros in new credits: 3 billion for the discount of 15 centimes per liter on fuel, 1.5 billion in aid for companies
"which consume a lot of energy and are threatened with default because of the evolution of prices”,
650 million for agriculture, 30 million for fishing, 400 million for transport, 80 million for construction…
