Her profile on Twitter reveals that she has a chronically ill child with a complex disability.
So the woman was annoyed by a wrongly parked SUV driver who "many days in a row" blocked half of a handicapped parking space, as the tweet says.
She then wrote a note and stuck it to the car window.

It is not uncommon to encounter ignorance in such cases.
It was even worse in Bavaria, when a disgruntled resident approached a illegally parked driver with his tractor.
In this case, however, something wonderful happened.
The SUV driver was not only insightful and followed the instructions.
