The good results achieved by Hisham motivated him to achieve many medals. In 1987, he won 6 golds in the international championship in Amman and won 21 gold medals in the Fajr Course in Tehran for the years 1989-1990-1991-1992-1998. He was the youngest athlete to participate in the Mediterranean Sea Tour In addition to winning two golds in the first Arab Championship for juniors in the 400m and 1500m freestyle races in Dar Al-Bayda, Morocco in 1989, and gold and bronze in the Arab Championship in Cairo 1989.
Hisham's sports balance is also rich in international medals, as he won a gold and a silver in the international session in Morocco in 1990 and won four gold and a silver in the Asian and Pacific Championships and the Best Asian Swimmer Cup in 1991 in Singapore. He also won three gold and three silver in the seventh Arab session in Syria in 1992 and won bronze In the World Cup Sprinting in the 400-meter freestyle in Russia 1992, a gold medal in the Mediterranean Games in the 1500-meter freestyle in France 1993, and another in the World Cup in the long distance in Canada 1999-2000-2001.
After a career full of international achievements, Hisham moved to training after undergoing several training courses and obtaining the Aska training certificate in America. Many champions emerged in short and long swimming and triathlon, and won many international championships.
