The activities of the family market (Welcome Ramadan), which is organized by the Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside in cooperation with the Quneitra Governorate and its Chamber of Industry and Commerce, started today in the sports hall in the town of Khan Arnabeh.
Imad Qassem, head of the Quneitra Chamber of Industry and Commerce, told SANA reporter that the market aims to support the family through discounts and reductions on the prices of foodstuffs, clothing, and others. It also includes the distribution of vouchers to visitors.
In turn, the director of the branch of the Syrian Trade Corporation in Quneitra, Firas Mahawish, pointed out that the corporation participates in a variety of foodstuffs and other items at reduced prices, based on its role in achieving positive intervention in the market, as it sells a bowl of table eggs at a price of 11,500 pounds, and a kilo of rice between 2,500 and 4,000 pounds, depending on its type.
The market continues to receive its visitors until April 2, 2022.
