Today, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 9 new infections with the Corona virus in Syria, the recovery of 65 and the death of two cases of recorded infections with the virus.
The ministry stated, in a statement that SANA received a copy of, that the number of cases registered in Syria has so far reached 55,672, of which 51,549 have been cured, and 3,137 have died.
And the first infection with the Corona virus was recorded in Syria on the twenty-second of March 2020, for a person coming from outside the country, while the first death was recorded on the twenty-ninth of the same month.
