It was however during a classic hearing of immediate appearance of the Versailles criminal court that this 32-year-old man was to be tried.
Serious face, dressed in a FC Barcelona tracksuit top, he appeared for offenses of repeated domestic violence.
Two former companions denounced psychological pressure, stabbing threats, blackmail and regular violence on the part of this former child victim who was raped and abused by his mother and stepfather, Myriam Badaoui and Thierry Delay.
The consequences are deep: he navigated between stays in a psychiatric hospital and passages in prison - he has already been sentenced 14 times since 2008. "

", warns the president of the court, reminding him of the seriousness of his confession.

The court therefore declared itself incompetent to judge these facts and asked that an investigating judge be seized for additional investigations.
If Cherif Delay were to be returned to the assizes for attempted murder by spouse, he would risk life for this crime.
