At the Animal Rehabilitation Center in Pennsylvania, a dog in a particularly difficult condition was received on January 17th.
Christina Eeth, who spotted traces outside her home, found a skinny, freezing dog.
She decided to keep it in her basement before handing it over to the rehabilitation center, which began trying to identify his breed.
But no one has been able to identify the breed of animal with certainty because of its difficult medical and physical condition.
The team decided to take a DNA sample of the dog and the results were revealed last week.

"What do you think I am, a dog or a coyote?", It was written in a Facebook post posted by the rehabilitation center that explained: "This animal was brought to us with a fear of boils and we treated her accordingly. We also did genetic tests on her to find out what she is."
Morgan Baron, one of the workers at the rehabilitation center, claimed that the animal was very shy, scared and non-aggressive and that his behavior made them think it was a dog.

Then came the results
In another update posted by the center, he thanked all the people who supported and followed and testified that the animal's condition was improving thanks to the dedicated care it was receiving and that they were still waiting for the test result.
So which animal are you asking?
Well, it turns out that even before the center got the results back, the animal fled the scene and has not yet been located but in the meantime the results have arrived "according to DNA tests our mysterious animal is 100% coyote".
However, they do not know where the coyote that weighs 16 kg is now, as it came out of its cage, then probably chewed the rubber gasket around the window until it managed to push and open it, tear the screen that covered it and disappear.
