Thailand First: The New Places You Must Not Miss Israel today

2022-03-28T08:00:15.769Z

The Thai restaurant that everyone is talking about, the steakhouse (what word is there?) Haifa that is finally coming to Tel Aviv and Chasers with special needs • The new restaurants you need to visit

Ahen Thai (Tel Aviv)

Chef Meidad Stavinsky is responsible for one of the most talked about and intriguing restaurants of recent times.

Stabinski lived in Thailand for a decade, until the Corona, and established a chain of Israeli restaurants there called the Traveler Center and one upscale Greek restaurant.

Its part, what might annoy some of you but make some others come faster, is that they define themselves as a Thai restaurant that "does not apologize", so on a large sign in the restaurant you will find the caption "Pad Thai is not sold here".

The reason, by the way, is that Stabinski defines the style of the restaurant as "Isani grill" (one of several common cuisines in Thailand), and in Isani cuisine it is not customary to serve Pad Thai.

Among the dishes: tender and roasted meats in abundance, surprising versions of the Israeli palate of flagship dishes such as som tam, and many other surprises

The Cowboy Steakhouse (Tel Aviv-Holon border)

We all know the Haifa "cowboy steakhouse", now it's time to get to know her new sister, who opened on the Tel Aviv-Holon border, a somewhat surprising location.

The concept in the new place is the same as its brother, a kind of American roadside inn that serves meat dishes.

The restaurant is large, it has 170 seats so you can also hold private events.

All the meats are fresh and you will find there everything that is usual and not surprising in meat restaurants, alongside surprising dishes and combinations and those that open the hunger like foie gras in a nougat croissant and berry jam, or chicken breast stuffed with corned beef.

Dali (Tel Aviv)

Seemingly, another Tel Aviv bar on Allenby, right in front of the Carmel Market, with an intriguing alcohol bar, meat sandwiches and salads.

In practice this is a place with a surprising and quite exciting agenda that almost all of its employees have special needs.

The new bar, which also serves as a deli, was established with the help of the Porat Group, which even financed part of the renovation, and its employees have special populations who have been trained to work at the place, bar and kitchen.

Fish Kitchen (Tel Aviv)

The "Group Kitchen" group, which is, among other things, behind the Meat Kitchen restaurant, recently opened the (type of) sister - in the fish version.

Fish Kitchen is a kosher chef restaurant, entirely, as mentioned on the purity of the fish.

Chef Elad Levy will win the kitchen, as in "Meat", and in a space suitable for 100 guests there will also be the possibility of private events.

Among the dishes in the restaurant: sea fish ceviche, seared locust with pea foam and whipped cream, tomato tagliata and smoked tuna, sea bass with zucchini and yogurt cream, Dennis fillet with chestnut cream and garlic tortillas and more.

Pop Up Wine Bar (Tel Aviv)

A new and intriguing experiential project from the creator of the entrepreneur Eyal Naor.

This is also a surprising location - Panorama House in south Tel Aviv, near Kiryat Shalom.

The project is carried out only once a week and each week will host a successful winery and quite a bit of food from the house of the chef of "Haderperti", Elad Ben David.

Naor has three guest spaces at Panorama House, where the meetings will take place.

The first, "Private Room", was also joined by "Lily - Chef's Kitchen" and "Back Kitchen".

The following sessions:

1.4.

Starting at 11:00, Tulip Winery and Maya Winery will be hosted at "Haderperti"
