On the morning after the attack in Hadera, which was carried out yesterday (Sunday) by two terrorists, residents of Umm al-Fahm, the city renounces the act and condemns it.

Mayor Samir Mahamid denounced this morning in a conversation with Walla!

The act.

"Of course we immediately condemned the incident outright. For us murder is murder and our agenda in the city was and will remain an agenda of tolerance, of the bride, of coexistence and listening to others and we will continue to aim there and engage in it and we will continue on our way, we will not give up Hands, "he said.

He said the city opposes the ideology of the Islamic State organization, which has claimed responsibility for the attack.

"[ISIS] is in all of Arab society, not just in Umm al-Fahm. This movement is wrong in our eyes and we condemn it and what it claims to represent. It is against everything that people in the good world believe in, Jews, Muslims, Christians - against humanity as humanity. That is why we are against ISIS, and ISIS thinking is wrong in our eyes, "said Mahamid.

He noted that the city will address the incident as part of the education system.

"There is tension in the air, all our students' trips have been canceled, and I have landed in the letter all school principals to address the issue. There are people who did not go to work today for fear, and there is also fear that people will not come to our businesses "It could happen. We will do everything to make them feel safe, and that it will not affect."

Mahamid added that he had talked to heads of nearby authorities following the attack.

"I spoke with the heads of the local authorities in the area in the present and in the past, also with Hadera, [Regional Council] Menashe, etc. We are determined: a handful cannot interfere with our normative life together."

"The feeling is that we are back"

"It was unpredictable. These will go down the drain, "he says," the feeling is that we have gone back unfortunately. "

"Just yesterday there was a football game, the team was accompanied by hundreds of fans who went to Kafr Qassem. We won and there was optimism and elation in the city, and a little later came the reports that these are our townspeople. It's depressing," Jabarin said.

"We young people will continue to integrate into Israeli society, we will learn, educate, integrate and work in Israeli society to bring prosperity to our society and our city. It has never been easy, and this event only strengthens it and emphasizes it."
