As for independent supermarkets, AEON's Tsim Sha Tsui branch is open from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm; the Mong Kok branch is from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.

HSBC announced that starting from April 1, 48 retail branches that are currently open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will be changed to serve Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, and will be closed on Saturdays.
As for the three main branches in HSBC Head Office Building, Mong Kok and Kwun Tong, they will remain open from Monday to Saturday.
Another 29 retail branches remain open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays until further notice.
